Sport Karadio is a unique and exciting blend of sport karate exercise and high intensity aerobic activity (it is the ultimate in cardio kick boxing).
Sport Karadio is taught by sport karate world champions. Learn the basic, intermediate, and advance sparring drills that have helped get world class athletes into shape. This class offers a great work out atmosphere. You will have energetic music and motivated class mates to help make this fun and enjoyable work out easier.
Not only will you get in shape, but you will also learn practical fighting techniques.
While doing Sport Karadio students will have the opportunity to do many forms of exercise such as: boxing heavy bag and boxing mitt drills, kick boxing drills, step aerobics, yoga and Pilates influenced stretching and strengthening drills, beginner –advanced abdominal exercise drills and many many more aerobic and anaerobic activities.
